Q: My credit card was Failure or Declined, now what?

A: There are various reasons for a Failure or Declined credit card transaction.
The most common reason being that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card statement. If so, please try again with the right billing address.
While at the mean time, A simple typing mistake could also cause the transaction to be declined, including entering the wrong credit card number, wrong expiry date or CVC2/CVV2 code (the security number on the back of your credit card).

- Make sure your credit card has not expired

Q:When you will send my package?

A: Within 24 hours after you finish payment usually. Sometimes the package may be deleyed by some unpredictable factors, such as Flight adjustment, bad weather, Holiday, etc..

Q: Why i have not received a tracking number after few days?

If you have not got your package tracking number, please do not hesitate to contact our service representative to get your package tracking number, we will send you the tracking number and tracking site. Because sometimes the email goes to the The Spam/Junk Folder or rejected by SPAM filter, you can contact us by your email directly to Avoid Spam Filters.

Q:I have a problem to track my package, can you help me?

1). The tracking site updated the status, but it doesn't seem to be moving. It meant that your package is still on the way to you, the post office is dipatching your package. There may be several days between scans if the shipment is going cross-country or moving between countries.
2). If your order tracking number shows no found(No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking), we sent the package to the mail office agent, it take few days to come up the status. But if it can not update the status after 7 days, please feel free to contact our service representative to get a new tracking number. Because the post office may replace it to a new tracking number, or other problems, such as delay, package lost, our service representative will help you to solve it.
